Membership

Why become a member?

We need to come together as an industry to support our existing, emerging and established talent; we need to pool our talents to support theirs. We are fostering a community of local designers and other fashion industry people and bodies to create a support network to keep growing our industry.

Membership provides access to training conferences, events, award programs, networking activities, mentorship and industry news updates. Membership for the Australian Fashion Chamber is open to fashion designers and contributors to the Australian Fashion Industry. Members are entitled to vote on the conduct of the business of the AFC at the annual general meeting.

Please note that to be eligible to apply for an AFC membership you must be an Australian designer designing in Australia or abroad.

We also offer Associate Membership for persons or companies who are actively engaged with the Australian fashion industry and wish to contribute to the industry’s sustainability, growth and development.
